Donating to Thrift

All of the merchandise for sale at Winneconne Thrift & Gift has been donated. So, you never know what treasures you'll find! The items in our store are constantly changing. We bring out new merchandise every day. Enjoy the creative displays and weekly specials. So, come see us often!

OUR MISSION CAN BE ATTAINED WHEN DONATIONS ARE HIGH QUALITY, CLEAN, ODOR FREE AND READY FOR SALE.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
  • General: Items that are dirty, stained, broken, damaged, worn, ripped,
    non-working, smoke-stained, smelly, or have pet hair

    Garage: Large appliances, weapons, televisions, computers/monitors
    Printers, tires, paint, automotive equipment, chemicals, large exercise equipment, steam cleaners, phones & equipment, foot spas,

    Housewares: Incomplete dish sets, punch bowls, bread machines, rice cookers, fondue pots, food, beverages, mugs and water bottles with advertising

    Furniture: Mattresses without manuf. Tag, box springs without matching mattress, frameless mirrors, window treatments, luggage without wheels, pianos/organs,

    Child/Baby: Car seats, cribs, high chairs, bath tubs, play sets, swings

    Media: Encyclopedias, text/instruction books, VHS tapes

    Home Décor: boxes of old picture frames, extra large pictures, collectible dolls

Our volunteers are restricted to a 30 pound weight limit. Be prepared to assist with heavy items.

Donation Door closes an hour before store closure to allow volunteers to stage items for the following day. DONATION DOOR IS CLOSED ON TUESDAY.  It is unlawful (and disrespectful) to drop off items outside of Donation hours.

Just follow the "donation drop off" sign to the east side of the building where you'll find the donations door.
