"Today we had the honor of presenting 13 books to Franklin Elementary for use in their school library. The books cover a wide array of animal topics including humane treatment and care, bite prevention, animal behavior and more. OAHS will be donating these books to all elementary schools in Oshkosh. “These books are a part of our Lifesaving Mission to help create a kinder, more compassionate community for both animals and people," said OAHS Communications Coordinator Cheryl Rosenthal. The books were funded by grants from the Petfinder Foundation and Winneconne Thrift & Gift. A big THANK YOU to these groups for making this possible!"
